How to Place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  • Visit our site: nandanstores.com
  • Select the product you’d like to buy
  • Add products to your cart
  • Then proceed to checkout from the cart
  • Choose your preferred payment method method
  • Then Enter your shipping address so that we can deliver your products.

You can also order products from our Facebook & Instagram handles. 

What are the Payment Methods?

There are various payment options on our site. You can pay directly from eSewa & Khalti from our site. Similarly, We also offer Cash on Delivery in the Major cities of Nepal. Rather than this, you can also pay from other different online gateways. For more: chat with us on Facebook or on Instagram

What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Saturdays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

– Product’s availability with us
– The destination to which you want the order shipped and the location of the seller

You can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) on the ‘My Orders’ section of your account section

What are the return & Refund Policy?

We ensure that every purchase gives you full satisfaction. So, there is a provision of order cancellation,  exchange & return. There are various criteria for this too! The return policy may not be the same for all the products under a different product category.  The product which is under the warranty period will be redirected to the service center, return & refund policies will not be eligible for such products. 

 

1. Order cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, You need to do it before the order is dispatched.

2. Return & Exchange:

You can only get a refund and be able to return our product if the product is damaged or the wrong product is delivered. Change of mood is not applicable!

 

Exchange & Return Policy:

 

  1. If the Delivered Product is damaged/defective (physically damaged or broken)
  2. If the Delivered Product is incorrect/incomplete (missing product or wrong product/ different from the product presented on website)
  3. If the size of the fashion product doesn’t fit. (wrong/different size)
  4.  If the delivered product is no longer needed. (you have changed your mind about the purchase/ you do not like the product after opening the package)-eligible for selected products only. Please refer to the product page to check if the vendor accepts “change of mind” or not.

Refund Policy:

The refund will be processed after the product is received in our warehouse. The refund time depends on the payment method which is mentioned below.
